Grilled fillet of Barramundi served on garlic mash with Bok Choy and herb butter sauce. North African Style Chicken With Dates, Lemon, Chick Peas, Traditional French beef casserole with mushrooms, onions, carrots, bacon & red wine, served with a side of saffron risotto. Roast vegetable Risotto with lemon thyme finished with a Rosemary balsamic reduction and parmesan cheese.
